Data that we collect
We may collect various information if you seek to place an order for a product to us on the website. We collect, store and process your data for processing your purchase on the website and any possible later claims, and to provide you with our services. We may collect your title, name, gender, date of birth, email address, billing address, delivery address, GPS, telephone number, mobile number, login and account information, including screen name, unique user ID, images, photos and videos, data on physical characteristics, including weight, height, and body measurements, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.
A. Collection of Your Personal Information

“Personal information” is defined to include information that whether on its own or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify or contact you such as: name, email address, phone number etc. or information which is required to initiate a refund/ exchange of the products offered by Auricel (“Auricel Products”) such as purchase information, payment details, shipping address etc.
At the time of creating the Account, user data such as name, email ID, etc., shall be collected and the user grants requisite permission for the same. Such information gathered shall be utilized to ensure greater customer satisfaction and help a customer satiate its needs. 1. ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTERS
We may offer a free electronic newsletter to users. Users may unsubscribe from this mailing list during registration, through the unsubscribe link in newsletters, or by changing preferences in their profile settings.
2. SHARE
Auricel users may forward a link or page to someone else by clicking “send”. The user must provide their email address and the recipient’s email address. The information is used only for transmission and not for other purposes.
3. POLLING
We may offer interactive polls to users. Responses are aggregated and not identifiable to any individual user.
4. SURVEYS
We may conduct surveys via email or WhatsApp. Individual responses will not be shared with third parties. Aggregate survey data may be shared with partners or posted on Auricel.

We may contract with third parties for the provision and maintenance of Auricel and business operations, and may share personal information with vendors such as Shopify, Judge.me.Reviews and Razorpay.
