Refund Policy

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 72 hours from the date the order is picked, subject to your return passing quality checks.

Refund will reflect as per the below-mentioned timelines, post initiation:

● Payment gateway refunds (prepaid orders) take 5–7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.

● For Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive a link on WhatsApp and email. You need to enter your number and accept the refund via UPI / Bank account transfer. It will take 5–7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

● For select limited drops, refunds will be issued in the form of Gift Card.
